If you have purchased a sirloin steak, using your kitchen shears, cut into 1 inch cubes.
Place 12" Cast Iron Skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil begins to "spit" add in a single layer of steak. Season with salt and pepper.
Sear steak on each side for 1 minute - try not to touch them during this time. Then using your Chef's Tongs, continously stir for 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan onto plate and begin the next layer.
When all steak has been cooked through, add them back into the pan and reduce heat to low.
Add the butter and melt it in the pan. Once melted using your Garlic Press, mince 4 cloves of garlic into the butter. Cook for about 1 minute.
Stir to coat the steak bites and cook for about 1 additional minute.
Remove from pan and serve with your favorite side.
