This recipe holds such sentimental value to me because it was the first piece of meat my picky picky eater ever ate. Not only did she eat it, but she devoured it and asked for more. I literally cried tears of joy and it has become a staple in our household. A London Broil is a great choice of meat for a Summertime Cookout because it can feed a lot of people and it is not overly expensive. I hope you enjoy our tear-inducing version.
- 1 London Broil
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 5 oz low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 oz gravy master
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Combine all of the above ingredients togethr in a large ziplock bag. Make sure the London Broil is completely covered.
- Place in fridge for 4-6 hours. Remove one hour before you will begin grilling to bring meat to room temperature.
- Cook on grill using indirect heat until your preferred temperature. In our house that leans more towards medium rare.
